You need to be a "Member in Good Standing" (dues paid through the date you wish to reserve) to reserve the cabin.

Reservations Outside of Big Game Season
The appearance of a name on any given date means a member has reserved and plans to use the cabin.

"Open" means the occasion is not private and other members are welcome to join in with the "reserving" member's group. Common courtesy would require that a "joining" member contact and notify the "reserving" member that they plan on coming in and sharing the cabin. Martin Luther King weekend, Winter Weekend and Snirt Weekend are open weekends

"Reserved" means that the member wishes to use the cabin privately and it is not available to other members for the indicated period. This does not preclude other members from using the property, but the cabin would not be available.
