Your dues must be paid through the dates you wish to reserve

 

Members are all asked to reserve anytime they plan to stay overnight at the cabin. as a means of communicating to fellow members who and how many people will be in the cabin on any given night. Your reservation will be acknowledged by email or text and will appear on the club calendar

All winter reservations are now "Open" which means the occasion is not private and other members are welcome to join in with the "reserving" member's group. 
Common courtesy would require that a "joining" member(s) contact and notify the "reserving" member that they plan on coming in and sharing the cabin.

 

Reservations During Big Game hunting season, food will be provided by the Food Committee for the period from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Members and guests will be charged a fee as determined by the Food Committee. All food charges will be paid by the Member upon entering camp. No private meals will be allowed during the above period. It will be the responsibility of each Member to pay for each guest. Reservations must be made in a manner as determined by the Food Committee. If a Member makes a reservation and does not attend, he will be invoiced by the Club for the food fees.
